Very rough draft edit to check angles etc,
Have edited from several minutes to under 30 seconds

Final edit will remove more night frames, weather events etc.

Upon final edits.....
Might  consider single frame dissolves ?
An alternate, warmer colour grade might be considered on some clips?
Soft focus top and bottom and a slow zoom in. 
Add logo?
